WANDA REICHERT
Wanda resides in
Sherman Texas and began her carving career in 1990 at a Texas
Woodcarving Guild Spring Round up. She went to attend a
painting class, and while she was there, she got in a carving
contest and won 1st place. At that point, she was hooked
on carving and has never looked back. Wanda has become
very popular for her realistic fish carving...today she teaches
12 to 14 seminars a year throughout the southwest and judges
many of the carving competitions for carving club around the
country. You will see her work and carving articles in
many of the carving magazines. She recently
published an article with Carving Magazine in June 2009 on How
to carve and paint a Bluegill.
Wanda is a great
carver and instructor and loves to share her skills and talents
with folks wanting to learn the art of woodcarving.
